Algonomy is looking for a Growth Marketer who can build and scale global demand generation programs that convert intent into pipeline. You’ll own end-to-end campaign strategy — from idea to impact — combining creativity, analytics, and execution to drive measurable growth across regions.

What You’ll Do
- Design and run global campaigns across channels – ABM, paid, email, and social – to generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing to define GTM plays for enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Lead account-based marketing (ABM) programs with deep personalization and clear ROI.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing across LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Track campaign results, measure ROI, and continuously optimize for lead quality and conversion.
- Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure tight alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with design and content teams to deliver messaging that’s sharp, relevant, and conversion-focused.
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise tech marketing, managing multi-channel campaigns.Strong understanding of ABM, paid media, and demand generation.Experience running global programs across the US, Europe, and APAC.Solid grasp of marketing automation, CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), and analytics tools.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and turn strategy into measurable outcomes.Self-starter mindset, comfortable owning programs end-to-end.Why Join Algonomy
