About The Program

The Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) is a Defense Health Agency (DHA) initiative that supports the Reserve Components' readiness mission. Through delivery of Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Post-Deployment Health Reassessments (PDHRA), and Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) services, RHRP helps ensure that Reserve Component forces remain medically and dentally prepared for worldwide deployment.

The RHRP Management Office (RHRP MO) requires quality and programmatic support to ensure that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with established requirements. CRG is seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in supporting these mission-critical objectives.

Position Overview

The Quality Analyst will provide quality control and assurance support services to the Program Director for RHRP . This includes reviewing the relevancy and effectiveness of RHRP services, establishing quality programs and processes, conducting detailed analysis of contractor performance, and advising leadership on improvements to policy, systems, and service delivery.

This role requires a balance of technical quality assurance expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication abilities to ensure that RHRP continues to meet the medical and dental readiness needs of the Reserve Components.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Assurance

  • Suggest, gather, and evaluate RHRP performance standards and deliverables.
  • Lead quality assurance meetings and reviews of all medical and dental readiness services, including new initiatives without precedent.
  • Establish programs and processes to maintain compliance with Federal, State, local, and Service Component (SC) requirements.
  • Analyze quality system data, detect unsatisfactory trends, and propose mitigation measures and policies.
  • Provide oversight and follow-up reviews of all contractor deliverables (RHRP III and subsequent contracts).
  • Investigate complaints and deficiencies, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions involving training, compliance, and risk management.

Policy & Program Development

  • Participate in the formulation of RHRP quality policies by identifying requirements, analyzing gaps, and proposing improvements.
  • Lead analysis to support the development and implementation of quality systems and procedures.
  • Evaluate program services and workload figures, identifying deviations from goals and requirements.
  • Maintain and compile records of workflow charts, staffing levels, mission statements, resource use, and audit reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Conduct and review stakeholder satisfaction assessments through surveys, interviews, and on-site QA observations.
  • Analyze performance of contractor Call Centers, In-Clinic services, and Group Events for quality assurance.
  • Represent RHRP at external meetings, working groups, and DoD conferences when requested.
  • Support the development of clear, concise written and oral presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Documentation

  • Deliver concise, informative reports and documentation (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, site visit summaries, performance analyses) to the COR and Chief of RHRP.
  • Produce written products that simplify and communicate complex issues effectively.
  • Must be able to analyze data with Microsoft Excel and translate into tables, charts and graphs and communicate analyzed data (Word and PowerPoint)
  • Clearance

    Basic Qualifications

    Minimum of a DoD public trust clearance required

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • A minimum two years of experience with quality assurance, audits and control; suggesting and establishing performance standards; analyzing data for patterns and trends; and identifying root causes for specific trends.
  • Experience in military or government healthcare settings strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
