Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in West Delhi. As a Human Resources Executive, you will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Your responsibilities will include supporting recruitment processes, assisting in training and development initiatives, addressing employee inquiries, and maintaining accurate HR records. You will serve as a crucial point of contact between team members and management to promote a positive work culture and ensure smooth HR functions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Solid understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) frameworks
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the influencer marketing or creative tech sector is a plus
