Job description

We are seeking a results-driven, dedicated Sales Growth Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and expand market reach in a remote night shift role. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Proactively develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through both outbound and inbound channels, including phone, SMS, email, and digital outreach.
• Deliver engaging and compelling service presentations to potential and existing clients tailored to their business needs.
• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and value.
• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform and optimize sales approaches.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing campaigns and leverage marketing collateral for lead generation.
• Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality customer experiences throughout.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and team objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management to support continuous improvement.
