Role - Service Quality Executive
Location-Mumbai
1. Responsible for file / tour operations for assigned geography or destination
2. To maintain product cost as per the SOM
3. Work closely with the sales team and confirm the bookings
4. Follow the set SOPs thoroughly
5. Make sure of error free and zero defect delivery to the customer
6. To ensure the rates received from our suppliers are competitive and negotiated
7. To develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers
8. To attend supplier meetings, trainings and road shows
9. Prompt and effective resolution of on-tour issues
10. Cost sheet to be maintained for each booking
11. To ensure ZERO liability after the file is closed
12. The set turnaround times are met and the sales team is constantly updated in case of undue delays
13. To make and check handover vouchers
14. To establish contact with the client while on tour to take feedback
