Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and other paid media channels.
  • Drive lead generation and eCommerce sales through targeted digital strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA) and other analytics tools.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to align marketing efforts.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation and eCommerce.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
  • Experience with A / B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis is a plus.
