We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Lead - Shopify to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for leading our Shopify practice, overseeing the delivery of high-quality e-commerce solutions, and driving strategic growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Shopify practice within the organization.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for Shopify projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions on the Shopify platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Shopify best practices and development techniques.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in e-commerce and Shopify.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
