Design Engineer With Costing

We are currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a critical role for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of API 16A standards and the design of drill-through pressure control equipment. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and development of pressure control equipment per API 16A standards (Annular & Ram BOPs & Supporting Parts.

• Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and BOMs using Inventor, Vault or similar CAD tools.
• Conduct FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other mechanical calculations to validate designs.
• Ensure compliance with API 16A, ASME, and customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain teams.
• Provide engineering support for design validation testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in and / or lead design reviews, DFMEAs, and engineering change processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal engineering standards and best practices.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, including material specifications, test procedures, and certification packages. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required);

Master’s preferred.
