What you will do

• Own key product KPIs and metrics and drive the product roadmap
• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
• Analyze the feedback that you collect from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Lead 2-3 product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
• Initiate creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
• Spearhead discussions with business team and partners to understand challenges
• Evaluate product enhancements needed for international markets by doing benchmarking and discussions with International team
• Sync with design and engineering on quarter roadmap
