Job descriptionMarket and place bench consultants across a variety of technologies. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients and tier-1 partners. Source daily requirements from job portals, vendor lists and networks. Submit consultants to suitable roles with high submission quality. Coordinate interviews, feedback and onboarding. Track daily submissions and maintain consultant pipeline. Negotiate rates and close deals professionally. Work closely with the US team on priorities and updates. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Basic understanding of US hiring terms like W2, C2C, 1099. Quick learner with interest in US staffing. Ability to manage tasks with deadlines. Basic computer knowledge. 2–5+ years of experience in Bench Sales. Strong vendor network and proven placement history. Ability to manage multiple consultants independently. Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Competitive salary with attractive incentives. Job Description – Bench Sales Recruiter
Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Openings : 30 positions (Entry Level & Senior Level)
Shifts Available :
- Day Shift : 9 : 00 AM IST to 6 : 00 PM IST
- Night Shift : 7 : 30 PM IST to 4 : 30 AM IST

We are expanding rapidly and looking for strong Bench Sales Recruiters who can help scale our consulting workforce.
Role Overview
As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing our consultants (OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC) to prime vendors and direct clients across the US. You will handle the full sales cycle including sourcing requirements, negotiating rates, coordinating interviews and ensuring successful placements.
