Key Responsibilities :
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Collaboration : Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with recruiting for multiple industries and job functions
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
