We are seeking an experienced professional to work on a cloud contact center transformation project for a major fintech client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and a solid background in CTI consulting.

• Key Responsibilities : Consult on the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments, work with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs, build backend integrations using AWS Lambda and REST APIs, integrate Amazon Connect with CRM and support systems, and support user testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Skills and Qualifications : Strong understanding of Amazon Connect, CTI consulting, and cloud-based contact centers. Experience with backend integration, AWS Lambda, and REST APIs. Ability to work collaboratively with business teams and translate technical designs into reality.
