Position Overview :

Department : Enterprise IT / Infrastructure & Cloud Services

Role Summary :

To architect, design, and lead implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise IT solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure. The role ensures alignment between technology, security, and business strategy, driving modernization, automation, and operational excellence within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Microsoft 365 Architecture, Operations & Deployment

Design, implement, optimize and Manage Microsoft 365 workloads — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and OneDrive

Establish tenant governance, licensing strategy, and operational standards.

Lead migrations from on-prem Exchange / legacy collaboration systems to Microsoft 365.

Configure Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle management through Azure AD and Entra ID.

Implement endpoint management policies using Intune and SCCM.

Manage the Operations Support for the O365

Enterprise Infrastructure & Hybrid Architecture

Design and maintain hybrid cloud infrastructure integrating on-prem AD, Azure AD, and Azure IaaS / PaaS.

Define and enforce Active Directory schema, OU, and GPO design standards.

Oversee server virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), storage (SAN / NAS), and backup

Architect network security and connectivity — VPN, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and NVA design.

Implement automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and DevOps pipelines.

Security Architecture & Compliance

Implement and tune Microsoft Defender suite (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365).

Deploy and operationalize Microsoft Sentinel for threat detection and incident response.

Define and monitor compliance using Microsoft Purview (DLP, eDiscovery, Information Protection).

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for SOC integration, vulnerability management, and incident response.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a technical advisor to IT leadership and project managers.

Collaborate with Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams for cross-domain solutions.

Evaluate new Microsoft technologies, provide recommendations for adoption and also implement.

Mentor and upskill IT engineers and administrators on architecture and security best practices.

Certifications (Preferred) :

Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert

Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate

ITIL Foundation / TOGAF / CISSP (Preferred)

Educational Qualification & Certification :

Graduates with Technical Certifications.

Minimum of 12-18 Years of experience in IT, Network and Security

10 Years of relevant working experience in core Microsoft infrastructure
