Job description

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse professional with strong expertise in supply chain planning and end-to-end implementation. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in configuring, customizing, and integrating Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, along with deep knowledge of supply chain processes and planning systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and translate them into scalable RapidResponse models.
Develop and deploy solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning modules.
Build and maintain data models, workbooks, dashboards, and integration interfaces.
Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure solution stability and performance.
Drive solution improvements and enhancements aligned with business needs.
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to project teams during all phases of implementation.

Required Skills And Experience

12+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and S&OP).

Proficiency in RapidResponse data modeling, authoring, task flows, and integration setup.

Experience with SCM tools (SAP APO, SAP IBP, O9, JDA, etc.) is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL tools, and integration technologies is preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Kinaxis Certification (Author / Administrator / Integration) is highly desirable.
