Key Responsibilities
- Monitor in-process activities during food production to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards.
- Conduct real-time inspections of production lines, including hygiene checks, process parameters, and product specifications.
- Verify and approve line clearance before the start of production and packaging to prevent cross-contamination.
- Review batch manufacturing records (BMRs) and packaging records for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials, in-process, and finished products through proper documentation.
- Identify and escalate deviations or non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
- Train production staff on hygiene practices, SOPs, and quality standards.
Qualifications
B.Sc in Chemistry0–1 years of experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance roles.Salary : 15k-16k
