Application Developer

Key Responsibilities

• In-House CRM Development : Design, develop, and maintain new features, modules, and integrations for our proprietary, Laravel-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• CRM Data Management : Write efficient database queries (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and build APIs to ensure seamless data flow between the CRM, WordPress, and other business applications.
• Back-End Development : Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using PHP and the Laravel framework, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• WordPress Management : Customize, maintain, and optimize our main company websites built on WordPress , including custom theme and plugin development.
• Front-End Implementation : Transform UI / UX designs into fully functional, responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap , HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript / jQuery.
• Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Code Quality : Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, and ensure high performance, security, and quality across all applications.
