Senior Staff Engineer - Python / Golang

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Staff Engineer to join our engineering leadership team.

This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role where you will drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable and secure systems.

As a senior technical leader, you will guide cross-functional engineering teams, influence technology direction, and ensure alignment with business goals and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design complex, scalable, and high-performance systems and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams or domains.
• Lead design reviews, establish coding standards, and enforce best engineering practices.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive engineering excellence through mentorship, code quality, performance optimizations, and continuous improvement.
• Make high-level decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging technologies and evaluate their fit within the existing architecture.
• Own and guide key technical roadmaps and long-term engineering strategies.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and provide solutions to complex technical problems.
• Act as a technical mentor and role model for engineers across the organization.
• Influence hiring and onboarding processes by participating in technical interviews and evaluations.
