Kore.ai tech lead

Job Summary

Han Digital Solution (P) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kore.ai Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of intelligent conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Kore.ai platform development, along with proven leadership capabilities to guide teams and deliver scalable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using the Kore.ai platform
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance chatbot solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on best practices and standards
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance benchmarks
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root cause resolution
• Stay current with advancements in conversational AI, automation, and digital technologies

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture
• Hands-on experience with Kore.ai platform including bot design, dialog flows, and integrations
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and backend integrations
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead technical teams and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
