Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Customer Acquisition & Business Development :
Acquire new CASA customers through cold calling, field visits, and references.
Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA targets as assigned.
Identify and tap potential business segments such as SMEs, traders, and professionals.
Relationship Management :
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Regularly interact with clients to understand their banking needs and offer suitable products.
Manage high-value customers and ensure premium service delivery.
Cross-Selling :
Promote and sell other banking products like Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards.
Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and service.
