Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer who can produce clear, engaging, and well-researched content for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate has strong U.S. English writing skills, understands real estate terminology, and can simplify complex topics while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role requires creative writing ability, SEO knowledge, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and edit high-quality written content including property descriptions, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, landing pages, and market reports.
• Research real estate trends, market insights, regulatory updates, and industry-specific topics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Create well-structured, SEO-optimized content using effective headers, meta descriptions, keywords, and formatting.
• Maintain and manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
• Update and refresh existing content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor content performance, analyze insights, and refine strategies to drive engagement.
• Deliver clean first drafts with minimal editing required and maintain consistency in tone and style.
