Grow Your Staff is looking for a Web Developer and Digital Marketing Executive for a UK-based digital-first company offering web solutions, automation tools, and lead generation services. This is a full-time remote position.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the leadership team.

Responsibilities
Web Development
- Design, develop, and maintain websites for both the client and its customers using WordPress, Webflow, or custom code (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
- Implement responsive, mobile-friendly designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Optimise websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Integrate analytics, CRM, and automation tools to enhance functionality
- Conduct regular audits to ensure uptime, functionality, and security compliance
Digital Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads and social media campaigns (, Meta, etc.) for in-house and client projectsConduct keyword research, write high-performing ad copy, and track ROISupport content creation, including blogs, landing pages, and newslettersUse analytics tools to measure, report, and optimise campaign performanceProvide insights and recommendations for continuous digital growthUX / UI & Brand Experience
Apply UX principles to enhance user journeys and engagementCollaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brandingConduct user testing, gather feedback, and improve site usability and conversion ratesRequirements
