Key Responsibilities
Strong knowledge of
end-to-end UK Payroll Processing
is mandatory.
Process monthly payroll runs and ensure accurate and timely payments.
Perform
FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation
and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
Handle
gross and net overpayment calculations .
Knowledge of
year-end payroll activities
(End of Year, Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
Analyze and validate pre- and post-payroll run reports.
Ensure
SLA compliance
by executing payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timelines.
Provide expert advice and interpretation of payroll legislation to support team members.
Requirements
ERP knowledge : ORACLE FUSION / EBS
(mandatory)
In-depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA targets.
Previous experience managing a payroll team.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of compliance requirements.
