Job descriptionBachelor's degree in architecture engineering or a related field. Should be efficient in Lumion. Strong knowledge and experience in proficient use of industry software's such as Autodesk products (Revit and 3DS Max), V ray, Sketch Up, Enscape, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, Unreal Engine. Ability to conceptualise ideas to create compelling and accurate visualisations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, understand project requirements, and present concepts to stakeholders. Strong organisational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements. Presentation skills using PowerPoint in design, Etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Virtual Reality (VR) visualization, particularly using Enscape

Job Description
- Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and interactive walkthroughs based on architectural and design drawings. Work closely with architects, designers, and project teams to visualize concepts accurately.
- Create photorealistic renders, virtual walkthroughs, and presentations for clients.
- Apply textures, materials, lighting, and realistic detailing to 3D models.
- Maintain project deadlines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Collaborate with design teams to refine concepts based on client feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest visualization techniques, software, and industry trends
