Job Responsibility :

Leadership and Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement strategic plans for the therapy Department in alignment with the organization's overall goals.

Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate the therapy team.

Clinical Oversight :

Ensure the delivery of high-quality, tailor made and goal centric care plans with evidence-based therapy services.

Collaborate with other department heads to optimize patient care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Team Management :

Recruit, mentor, and evaluate therapy staff.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes professional growth.

Education and Training :

Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for therapy staff.

Facilitate ongoing education to keep the team updated on the latest advancements in the field.

Research and Innovation :

Encourage and support research initiatives within the department.

Explore and implement innovative practices to enhance patient outcomes.

Budget Management :

Develop and manage the departmental budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Quality Assurance :

Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of care, emphasis on digital documentation , bringing in new policies and processes for the well-being of the department.

Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.

Outreach and evangelisation;

Play an active role in spreading the concept of rehabilitation in the society in all dimensions , camps , success stories , doctor visits, conducting CMEs, working closely with the marketing team

Media and communications;

Play an active role working closely with media and communications , periodically helping with the content in the website and other related activities .

Clinical Updating to the primary consultant

The primary consultants who are referring the patients are to be kept informed about the clinical progress with real time milestones achievement

Family meetings and facility Visits

Ensure that therapy leads actively take part in family meetings, keep the family informed about the rehabilitation goals

Ensure the therapy leads take part in facility visits to explain about the process , admission assessments and short and long term goals .

Revenue development

Collaborate with the marketing team to launch packages, equipment, and therapy sub-department offerings, maximizing revenue through various channels for the organization.
