Job Description : Business Associate (Social Media & Brand Development)

Position : Business Associate

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-time

About Us

We are a fast-growing startup in the feminine hygiene industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality, affordable, and sustainable products. We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Associate who can contribute to our growth by planning impactful social media strategies and strengthening our brand presence.

Key Responsibilites :

  • Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.).
  • Research trends, competitor activities, and content strategies to ensure fresh and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.

Contribute to brand-building initiatives such as storytelling, community engagement, and brand voice development.

  • Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and community-driven activities.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduate or final-year student may also apply).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and latest digital trends.
  • Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, plan, and implement projects efficiently.
  • Prior internship or experience in social media marketing, branding, or startup environments is a plus.
