We are looking for an Retail Sales executive for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.

Retail Executive – Job Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and ensure timely product displays and merchandising

Support visual merchandising standards to align with brand identity and seasonal campaigns

Collaborate with purchasing, marketing, and operations teams to optimize in-store performance and product movement

Coordinate in-store promotions, sampling, and engagement activities to boost customer interaction and conversions

Ensure store hygiene, safety standards, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines

Act as the key point of contact for resolving customer concerns and operational issues
