Job Overview :
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Esco Lifesciences to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective processes across production, supply chain, logistics, quality, and service support. This role plays a key part in strengthening operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure production, service, and support activities run smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with Esco standards, safety regulations, SOPs, and quality requirements.
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, and Service teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead planning, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling to meet business demands.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements, including Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.
- Ensure operational documentation, reports, and records are accurate and up to date.
- Support digitalization and system improvements to streamline processes.
- Manage facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and operational safety.
- Lead, coach, and develop operational staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Support projects, new product introductions, and operational expansion activities.
- Maintain strong communication with management on operational updates, risks, and timelines.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in operations or manufacturing management.Familiar with production processes, quality standards, and operational workflow management.Experience in Lean / Kaizen / 5S or continuous improvement programs is an advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational priorities.
