Role : Ops Consultant

Location : NOIDA

Type : Full-time

Experience : Min 1 year preferred in travel / hotel ops but not a deal breaker for the right candidate

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to take on a dual role that combines travel operations and hotel bookings management .

In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between seamless guest experiences and smooth backend execution — from managing travel itineraries and vendor coordination to overseeing bookings and guest services for our boutique hotel partner.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics for fixed departures and custom trips
  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, guides, and local partners
  • Maintain trip checklists, guest communication, and real-time issue resolution
  • Ensure timely execution of itineraries with high customer satisfaction
  • Assist in curating new travel experiences and routes
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and OTA platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.)
  • Handle guest inquiries and pre-arrival communication
  • Work with the front desk for a seamless stay experience
  • Update daily bookings, payments, and reports
  • Ensure guest reviews and feedback are addressed promptly

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience in travel operations or hotel front office / reservations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and switch roles with efficiency
  • Tech-savvy — familiarity with CRM, PMS, Excel, Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)
  • Self-motivated and customer-first attitude

    • Bonus Points For :

  • Experience with OTA backend management (Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.)
  • Prior work in adventure travel, boutique stays, or experiential hospitality
  • Knowledge of regions like Ladakh, Spiti, Kashmir, or Rajasthan
  • Basic experience in finance — handling payments, vendor settlements, or reconciliation
