Job descriptionStrong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and reservation software. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving. Skills : Excellent communication skills. An American accent is a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Abilities : Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing. Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools. Experience : Prior experience in hotels, vacation rentals, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Experience working with sales or reservations teams is a bonus. Work Location : Remote (India). Shift : Night shift India Salary : ₹4,00,000 to ₹8,00,000 per year, based on the candidate's communication skills. Education : We are not concerned about your educational background. We value skills and experience over degrees.
We are seeking a skilled Reservationist to join our team and support a leading short-term vacation rental company based in the US . This is a remote position based in India , requiring exceptional communication skills to ensure outstanding guest experiences and efficient management of reservations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in line with company policies.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy and professionalism.
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise and mentor a team of reservation agents, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving reservation processes and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
