Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Expert to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive our online presence to new heights. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane, Maharashtra, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the digital marketing strategy of a growing real estate company.

As our Digital Marketing Expert, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, crafting and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that showcase our properties, engage potential buyers, and strengthen our brand presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies specifically tailored for real estate campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
  • Create compelling content and campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, , YouTube)
  • Implement SEO / SEM strategies to increase organic visibility and drive qualified traffic
  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns targeting potential buyers and investors
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate industry developments
  • Create engaging property listing content including copywriting, visual content, and video marketing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property sector
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and social media advertising platforms
  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful real estate marketing campaigns
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and content marketing strategies
  • Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of video editing and graphic design software
  • Understanding of real estate market dynamics and buyer psychology
