Hiring : Senior Program Manager – Sr. SME

Organization : Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar

(Face-to-Face Interview in Bangalore – 2nd Week of November)

Position Overview :

We are inviting accomplished professionals for the position of Senior Program Manager (Sr. SME) to join Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar — one of the region’s leading healthcare organizations.

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Data Science / Statistics / Mathematics, or a related field.
Plus, one relevant certification (listed below).

Experience :

9+ years of experience in Project and Program Management.

5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or project portfolios in a healthcare IT PMO environment.

Mandatory Certifications (any one) :

PMI-PMP / PMI-ACP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification

PGMP (Program Management Professional)

PFMP (Portfolio Management Professional)

PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional)

PROSCI Change Management Certification

Healthcare IT Certifications (CHCIO, CPHIMS)

Agile Certifications (CSM, Safe Program Consultant)
