Role : - President / Team Leader – Wealth Management Business
About the Role
As a Team Leader for Relationship Managers , we are seeking an accomplished and client-centric professional from the Private Wealth industry with around 15+ years of experience. The role’s core objective is to hire talent, lead and inspire the Wealth Management sales team, driving performance through strategic direction, collaborative leadership, and a strong focus on client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. By fostering a culture of growth, building long-term client relationships, and implementing innovative business strategies, you will empower clients to make informed investment decisions that enhance their wealth—while contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall new AUM growth in line with the objective laid down by the company.
- Managing Individual & team P&L.
- To Develop the strategic plan for Wealth Management to meet business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics including manpower productivity and suggest / implement improvements
- To meet the Business / sales targets for the region on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- To do timely appraisal / review of performance of team in the region.
- Supervise Wealth Managers in the growth, acquisition, and retention of high net worth clients
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead a team of Relationship Managers (10–15 members), providing direction, mentorship, and performance management.Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture with a focus on individual and collective growth.Recruit, train, and groom team members, ensuring strong succession planning for key positions.Regularly review and appraise team performance to ensure achievement of goals.Develop a strong team through effective recruitment, training and grooming potential for succession planning of key positions.Requirements
Education & Certifications
Post Graduate with MBA / Professional CertificationKnowledge of Financial products & Capital markets is essentialExperience : - 15+ years

10- 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 8–10 years in Private Wealth Strong understanding of Wealth Management business models and talent landscape. Proven success in hiring for mid-to-senior Wealth Management roles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
