Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Design Architect to join our team on-site in Mumbai .

The role involves developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, managing design projects, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The Design Architect will also oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet sustainability and quality standards.

The role requires strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative and user-centric design.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design concepts and practices

Experience in Design Management and the ability to oversee the end-to-end design process

Skilled in producing detailed and accurate Construction Drawings

Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams

Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advancements in design technologies

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field

Proficiency in architectural software such as CAD and 3D modeling tools is a plus

Prior experience in designing for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is preferred
