Job Description – Principal Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, Insurance / BFSI)

Location : Whitefield

We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer with 8+ years of experience in

software development, specializing in Java and Spring Boot frameworks. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on expertise with project management and workflow

automation tools such as Camunda, RTV, or similar, and strong experience in designing

and architecting enterprise-grade software solutions in the Insurance or BFSI domain.

Key Requirements :

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Spring

Boot.

  • Proficiency in project management / workflow tools like Camunda, RTV, or

    • equivalents.

  • Proven track record in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale software

    • solutions tailored for Insurance or BFSI sectors.

  • Deep understanding of business processes, regulations, and compliance

    • requirements within Insurance / BFSI.

  • Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, uphold code quality, and define

    • architectural standards.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management

    • abilities.
