Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Coupa Project Manager to spearhead the implementation of global rollouts across procurement, sourcing, and payment processes. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT delivery, including leading Coupa projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Coupa solutions across global business functions.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, overseeing integrations, upgrades, and solution enhancements.
  • Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with middleware and ERP teams to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
  • Oversee the entire project delivery lifecycle — from planning and testing through to post-go-live stabilization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, infrastructure, and QA to ensure aligned execution.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for internal stakeholders and vendors, managing governance, risk, and change controls.
  • Ensure SOx compliance and maintain comprehensive documentation across all platform enhancements.

About You :

  • 10–12+ years' experience in IT delivery, including extensive Coupa project leadership.
  • Proven success in leading global Coupa implementations from design to deployment.
  • Coupa Certified, with strong knowledge of platform capabilities and module interconnectivity.
  • Solid understanding of integration technologies (e.g. MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Kafka).
  • Skilled in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SQL scripting.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid integration strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage across technical and business teams.
  • Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments.
  • Comfortable managing vendors and third-party delivery teams.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
