SAP SD Lead Consultant - S / 4 HANA Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant with strong hands-on configuration and implementation experience in S / 4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, build, and deployment of SAP MM solutions, driving process improvements and ensuring business objectives are met.

The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Variant Configuration, Advanced Intercompany Sales, SDPP Integration, Rebates, Commissions, Returns, Third-Party Processes, SAP Hybris Integration, BRF+, Data Migration, and Cutover.

The consultant will play a key role in blueprint, implementation, migration, and stabilization phases, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S / 4HANA SD solutions in alignment with business needs.
• Deliver Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) solutions for complex product configuration scenarios.
• Implement and optimize Advanced Intercompany processes, including intercompany billing, stock transfers, and cross-company integration.
• Ensure seamless SDPP integration for make-to-order (MTO), make-to-stock (MTS), and configurable product scenarios.
• Manage Sales Commission processes, including incentive calculation and integration with payroll / finance.
• Implement and support Returns Management processes (advanced returns order, inspections, and credit / debit processing).
• Configure and optimize Third-Party Sales and drop-shipment scenarios.
• Work on SAP Hybris (Commerce / CPQ) integration, ensuring data and process consistency across systems.
• Set up BRF+ based Output Management for order confirmations, billing, and delivery documents.
• Lead Data Migration and Cutover activities, including migration of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit) and open transactions.
• Prepare functional specifications, work with ABAP / technical teams on enhancements, and validate WRICEF objects.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering, and fit-gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare.
• Collaborate with FI / CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration.
• Provide thought leadership on S / 4HANA best practices, simplifications, and innovations.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants.
