We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity & provides exposure to the entire sales & marketing ecosystem. You’ll work on real projects, gain international exposure, and contribute to impactful initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Market Research
Design and implement primary & secondary research projects
Identify business opportunities and potential customers
Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking
Marketing Analytics
Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders
Support proposal and presentation development
Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks
Marketing & Promotions
Support promotional campaigns and activities
Manage & monitor company social media accounts
Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content
Sales & Market Development
Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars
Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries
Track customer satisfaction and support sales events
Handle customer quote requests & queries
Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's / master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B / B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage
Creative mindset with ability to design basic promotional content
Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
