We are specifically seeking a professional with strong experience in Internal IT Operations , not delivery. The ideal candidate will have around 15- years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing internal IT infrastructure, processes, and support functions of an IT Services Organization. This role focuses on operational excellence, system stability, and stakeholder coordination , requiring someone who thrives in ensuring seamless day-to-day IT operations within an enterprise environment of an IT Services Company

We are seeking an Associate Director – Cloud & Infrastructure Operations to lead Internal IT Operations for a fast-growing IT Services organization. This is a non-client-facing leadership role focused on operations, governance, and compliance — ideal for professionals who have successfully scaled and stabilized internal IT functions within IT Services environments.

We are specifically looking for someone with strong experience in Internal IT Operations — not delivery. The ideal candidate will bring 12–15 years of hands-on operational experience , driving efficiency, system reliability, and compliance across global environments

Key Responsibilities

Oversee internal IT infrastructure operations across Cloud (Azure / AWS), servers, storage, and networks.

Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness across all global IT operations.

Manage service desk operations, workforce utilization, and process excellence for internal IT teams.

Lead and mentor operations staff to drive automation, efficiency, and operational maturity

Requirement

12–15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and internal operations (non-delivery).

Current or prior experience in an IT Services organization is mandatory.

Strong expertise in Azure / AWS operations, IT governance, compliance, and vendor management .

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Cloud Architect are a plus.

Flexibility to work in shifts if required
