Job Title : Junior E-Commerce Specialist

Location : Bangalore(Onsite)

Salary - Max Upto 5 LPA

Notice Period - Immediate Joiner

Amazon Seller Central Experience- 2 Years (Maximum)

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Specialist to manage our brand presence across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our e-commerce store in the US, EU, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in catalog management, Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM), and be skilled in downloading and analyzing FBA reports, as well as tracking and resolving issues related to lost and damaged units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage product listings across Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and company's e-commerce stores .
  • Ensure product catalogs are accurate, complete, and optimized with high-quality content, images, keywords, and compliance standards.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central (FBA & FBM) operations, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Audit accounts for eligible reimbursements / refunds
  • Raise & track claims with Amazon, e-commerce platforms & carriers
  • Handle catalog-related escalations, including listing suppressions, deactivations, and compliance issues.
  • Support the management and optimization of the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and updated content.
  • Manage content and design-related tasks on our websites

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Familiarity with managing e-commerce websites on WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of FBA & FBM processes, including shipment creation, catalog updates, and claims handling.
  • Proven ability to audit accounts for reimbursements / refunds and raise / track claims with Amazon, e-commerce platforms, and carriers.
  • Experience managing catalog-related escalations, including listing suppressions, deactivations, and compliance issues.
