AV & VC Setup Engineer

AV Engineer – Conference Room Solutions Key Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end AV solutions for conference rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
• Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including displays, audio systems, microphones, cameras, video conferencing units, control systems, and cabling.
• Ensure seamless integration with communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
• Conduct site surveys, prepare layout designs, and provide technical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and provide real-time support during meetings or events.
• Collaborate with IT and admin teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.
• Maintain documentation of system diagrams, configurations, and maintenance logs.
