Obviously, you will have a deep understanding of Technology, project & program management tools and methodologies. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You’ve mastered the ability to build crisp and concise PowerPoint slides around a story arc. And, you’re a wiz at adapting your message depending on your audience. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to adapt your approach when working with people from different disciplines (technology, creative, data, strategy and marketing engagement)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and / or programs of multiple projects. Including :
  • Technical guidance to the team and owning the Program Delivery
  • Provides purpose, direction and motivation to team. Clarifies and communicates client objectives and success criteria.
  • Program status reporting and communications
  • Stakeholder Management (internal & External)
  • Estimations and staffing
  • Scope management
  • Sets quality and performance standards
  • Maintains program tracking, dashboards and information systems.
  • Assesses and manages risk
  • Mentors and coaches’ teams to deliver the best client outcome
  • Revenue & Margin Management
  • Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Lead teams of 100+ people through all phases of Development. Agile development methodology is a plus - Lead and Involve in Planning and estimations of projects
  • Management and oversight for delivery of a portfolio of initiatives focused on data management, Telecom OSS / BSS solutions, portfolio management, reporting and ensuring that the deliverable align with strategic priorities.
  • Lead and drive a customer focused culture throughout the delivery teams to influence a client-centered design culture and to deepen relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Understand and keep up to date with emerging technologies, trends and innovative solutions across the industry.
  • Collaborate with business SMEs and technology teams to create platform roadmaps that align and assist in moving business strategies forward.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders to ensure prioritization is driven by business value.
  • Define, lead and execute a cohesive strategy designed to limit technological debt and to effectively manage transition from legacy systems to modern technology platforms, maximizing operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong supportive relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage engagement with client stakeholders and effectively communicate project release contents and expected customer journey.
  • Engage with the engineering and design teams to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule to launch products on a regular basis.
  • Manage communications and status reporting of ongoing initiatives, including summarizing project risks and options and facilitating prompt decisions when needed.
  • Deep domain expertise in Telecom OSS / BSS / RAN / PACO
  • Possess a visionary and strategic leadership while inspiring team of solution architects and engineers to embrace your vision and be best in class team responsible for implementing and maintaining Telecom Technology solutions.
  • To be future focused with the ability to develop roadmaps and build business cases including benefits and costs
  • To thrive in providing strong leadership and driving employee empowerment and a high degree of engagement.
  • To excel in overseeing the architecture and design of solutions for the enterprise in a large and distributed environment.
  • To have experience delivering complex projects providing global, innovative solutions that improve the delivery of Telecom products
  • To excel in relationship, stakeholder management and influencing and negotiation skills, effective at all levels up to senior executives.
  • To enjoy challenges of working on different types of projects (from large complex to simple).

To collaborate with various business functions to ensure Technology meets Telecom business needs

Qualifications and Technical Skills :

  • 20+ years of experience.
  • Strong Technical expertise in developing Micro services based platformss using Java / Node, React / Angular DB ( RDBMS / NoSQL) and AWS / GCP.
  • Expertise & experience in coaching and mentoring architects, project managers & technical leads.
  • Over 10+ years of experience as the Senior program manager for full lifecycle delivery of mid-sized software services projects or programs with globally distributed teams.
  • Over 10+ years of lead experience in a direct client facing role as part of a consulting / services organization, evidence of driving continuous improvement, defect prevention or change journeys as part of a delivery engagement.
  • Demonstrated Ability to drive the innovation agenda in creating maximum customer impact, experience working with Telecom Management US Clients.
