Performance Marketing Manager at SEREKO D2C Skincare Brand
SEREKO is India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand that with its unique bend that aims to reverse the effects of Mental stress on the Skin. The company intends to market and sell its D2C brand portfolio, spanning Topical Skincare products with complementing Nutraceuticals (supplements) to treat the skincare concerns instream along with providing surface solutions
Role Objective :
- The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns
- You will be responsible for analysing data to pull insights and inform decisions across all acquisition channels to booth growth.
- Increase consumer outreach and convert the community into loyal consumers of the brand.
Key Responsibilities :
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution planDeveloping and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaignsManaging budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CACImplementing A / B testing and conversion rate optimizationEnsuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channelsAnalyse and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insight sand strategy using quantitative analysis.Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategiesWorking closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present resultsStaying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologiesIdentify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Effectively communicate complicated analyses by developing easy-to-use reporting or visualization dashboards (demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.Deliver quantifiable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.Volume target setting and achievement for the brand’s website, while maintaining a healthy ROAS.Qualification / Skills :
PQE : 5-7 years
Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managingstrategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.In-platform executionexperience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.Deep understanding of data or data modelling and able to objectivelyidentify insights for sharing with stakeholders.Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.Outstanding presentation skills.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.Strong project management skills.Critical thinker and creative.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.Strong product understanding of the Cosmetics / beauty, fashion and social trendsrelevant for the business
