Role Overview
We are a growing wellness company rooted in holistic well-being and mindful growth. We are looking for a mature, hands-on HR Manager who will take complete ownership of the entire HR function —from hiring and systems to culture, compliance, and people development.
This role goes beyond execution. You will act as a people leader, problem solver, and strategic partner , responsible for building teams, strengthening processes, and ensuring a healthy, scalable organisation.
Key Responsibilities Overall HR Ownership & Leadership
- Take end-to-end ownership of the HR function , including people strategy, operations, and culture
- Act as the single point of accountability for HR outcomes across the organisation
- Partner closely with founders and leadership on workforce planning and organisational growth
- Identify gaps in people, process, or structure and drive solutions independently
- Build, manage, and mentor the HR team while ensuring accountability and delivery
Talent Acquisition & Institute Partnerships
Lead structured, high-quality hiring for interns and full-time roles across functionsEnsure hiring decisions align with long-term business and cultural goalsBuild and maintain long-term partnerships with educational institutes , including :Management collegesHospitality and wellness institutesAviation and service-oriented institutesOversee campus hiring programs, internships, and talent pipelinesGuide hiring managers on interview processes, assessments, and decision-makingHR Operations, Documentation & Governance
Own and continuously strengthen HR documentation, policies, and complianceDraft, implement, and maintain :Offer and appointment lettersEmployment contracts and confirmationsHR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooksEnsure statutory and labour law complianceManage payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory coordination with vendors and consultantsEmployee Lifecycle, Culture & Well-being
Own the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exitLead onboarding, performance reviews, appraisals, and grievance handlingDrive employee engagement, feedback systems, and wellness initiativesMaintain a fair, empathetic, and performance-oriented workplace cultureSystems, AI & Continuous Improvement
Implement and manage HRMS, ATS, and digital HR toolsUse AI-enabled solutions to improve hiring, reporting, engagement, and efficiencyLead the creation and rollout of SOPs, process manuals, and training programsBuild scalable HR systems that reduce dependency on individuals and increase consistencyTrack HR metrics, analyse trends, and present insights to leadershipWhat We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in HR Manager or Senior HR rolesProven experience in owning the complete HR functionStrong managerial, leadership, and decision-making skillsExcellent problem-solving ability and maturity in handling complex people mattersDemonstrated experience in implementing HR systems, SOPs, and training programsPreferred experience using AI and technology-enabled HR toolsExperience in quality hiring and institute partnershipsClear, confident English communication and strong interpersonal skillsHigh integrity, accountability, and discretionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, management, or related field preferredExperience in wellness, hospitality, healthcare, or service-driven sectors is a plusWhy Join Us
