Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management
- Manage the banking and investment relationships of HNI clients, focusing on the overall growth of liabilities and investment business
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering service levels that exceed client expectations
- Identify current and potential relationships with incremental revenue potential and grow the business
- Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, FOREX, cards, and investments
- Proactively sell the complete range of consumer and commercial banking products to both existing and potential HNI clients
- Increase CASA balances in the assigned portfolio through deepening or acquisition
- Drive product and channel penetration to deepen relationships and increase wallet share with the bank
Customer Engagement
Maintain portfolio quality through regular engagement with mapped HNI relationshipsAct as the primary point of contact for client service and sales satisfactionInvestment Advisory
Provide financial planning and investment advisory to HNI clientsDrive fee-based income by offering products such as mutual funds, investments, and insuranceProcess and Audit
Record all sales activity and customer interactions online in accordance with organizational processesConduct detailed client profiling to identify and maximize business opportunitiesSkills Required
