Responsibilities :
- Create and distribute (email, portal, sFTP) weekly and monthly report for multiple clients.
- Verify accuracy and audit for data integrity.
- Track and document trends, errors and or client improvement opportunities under the direction of team leadership where applicable.
- Identify client recoding trends that may impact revenue.
- Identify client data issues that may be impacting report accuracy.
- Create standard and ad-hoc client facing reports based on client needs.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing reporting methods
- Support in creating reports from Power BI.
- Maintain monthly report schedule.
- Assist teams with various tasks throughout client implementations and maintenance.
- Maintain / update department standard client protocol documents
- Routine administrative tasks as directed by leadership.
- Contribute towards achievement of team's goal and initiatives
- Compile numerical or statistical data, including pivot tables, graphs and spreadsheets.
- Promote a supportive and positive team culture that aligns with RPS’s values.
- Contribute to the advancement of the internal team initiatives by providing hands on support and ideas.
