Job description

Execute routine maintenance tasks based on industry best practices and maintain breakdown reports, spare part records, and equipment history etc
Electrical maintenance of HT, LT panel, switch gears, CNC machines, servo control and drives, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and utility systems etc
Maintenance of process plants, press machines, CNC Grinding, & SPM etc.
Work experience on Fanuc and siemens control.
Basic mechanical knowledge of CNC machines.
SAP and SAP PM module experience.
Monitor and analyze MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Follow up with vendors for breakdown resolution and support.
Conduct detailed analysis of breakdown tickets, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and develop preventive action plans.
Work on industrial automation and energy-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for plant and machinery.
Monitor inventory and consumption of spare parts; initiate reordering as needed.
Adhere to organizational SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) policies during all maintenance activities.
Maintain 5S records and support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
Communicate with the production team to coordinate maintenance and repair work during shifts.
Maintain and update operating manuals and training materials for the maintenance department.
Minimize unplanned downtime through 5WHY analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
