Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL. Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines. Experience with AI-assisted coding tools. Good communication and leadership skills.

- Lead the migration from Ruby on Rails to .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
- Handle database migration and optimization (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- Manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.
- Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Windsurf to improve productivity.
- Work in Agile using Jira (standups, sprint planning, retros).
