Job descriptionBackground : Consulting (McKinsey / BCG / Bain / Big 4 Strategy / Top-tier boutiques) + Startup execution experience. Education : Pedigree institutes preferred (IIT / IIM / ISB / BITS / Top Global Schools). 3–8 years of total experience with high ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Someone who can think like a founder and move like an operator . Work directly with the founders shaping the fintech 1→10 scale journey . High autonomy, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy. Opportunity to build core business pillars from scratch.
About the Role
We are hiring a Chief of Staff / COD for a fast-growing fintech startup entering its 1→10 scale-up phase . This role is for sharp, structured thinkers who can drive impact across business, product, operations, GTM and strategic initiatives. If you come with a consulting mindset , startup hustle , and pedigree education , this is for you.
What You Will Drive
- Partner directly with the Founder / CEO to translate vision into execution across business units.
- Lead 0→1 and 1→10 initiatives : new products, growth experiments, operational excellence.
- Solve high-impact problems with a consulting-first approach (market research, modelling, strategy).
- Build and align cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes, not outputs .
- Own dashboards, metrics, OKRs and strategic reviews for business growth.
- Drive investor updates, board materials, and fundraising support.
