Job Title
We are seeking a skilled professional to support global clients in implementing and optimizing Time Management solutions. This is a remote role, offering flexibility while delivering end-to-end project solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead implementations, configurations, and rollouts of Time Management modules.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and support business processes.
- Configure and optimize Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance, Work Schedules, etc., modules.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide end-user support.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure successful deployment.
- Provide remote support for clients across multiple time zones.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 7 years of experience in Time Management.Strong experience in configuration, implementation, and integration of Time Management solutions.Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) and other related modules is a plus.Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks.Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual workshops.
