Role Description

We are hiring a Construction Sales Executive , based in Chennai , who will focus on developing material and service sales opportunities within the Singapore construction market . This is a strategic remote role responsible for building direct relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, interior designers, engineers, MCSTs, facility management companies and contractors in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition : Establish strong connections with architects, interior designers, and consultants to introduce our construction services and secure larger-scale projects.
  • Lead Generation & Management : Build and maintain a targeted database of leads. Engage regularly via calls, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Product Knowledge : Understand and effectively communicate the technical and commercial benefits of the services offered.
  • Market Research : Stay up to date on trends in the Singapore construction industry. Identify high-value prospects and project opportunities.
  • CRM & Reporting : Track all leads and communication using CRM tools. Maintain clear reporting on pipeline and conversions for review by the Singapore operations team.
  • Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales and outbound calling.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, preferably with exposure to international clients or the Singapore market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales acumen, self-driven, and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proficient with CRM software, email follow-ups, Excel reporting, and virtual presentations.
  • Must be currently based in Chennai and willing to work from our Chennai office.
